Hurst wants you to be the best you can be, and starting with your Onboarding Passport, we provide the tools to take you where you want to go. Ace's Learning Place* offers structured online training for your position, with multiple learning levels:

Onboarding Phase: Begin with training for the most essential skills to do the job.
​
Ongoing Phase: Build upon onboarding training to further develop knowledge and skills to perform at a higher level.
​
Expert Phase: Highest performance level demonstrating comprehensive product and trade skills knowledge and the ability to develop and lead others.
​
Onboarding Self-Assessment: An evaluation tool to help determine which modules an associate should complete as part of their onboarding training.
​
Helpful Ready Assessment: A knowledge check comprised of questions based on key information learned in the Onboarding phase. A score of 80% or higher must be achieved to pass the assessment and to receive the Helpful Ready completion certificate.

Ongoing Self-Assessment: An evaluation tool to help determine which modules an associate should complete as part of their ongoing training.
​
Study Guides: Resource documents on Ace Learning Place (ALP) that outline training module topics, activities, and resources and tools.
​
Leadership & Coaching: Training resources aligned to core leadership and coaching competencies including culture, strategy, relationships, results, continuous improvement, and performance management.
​
Learning Plan Achievements: The learning plan path that shows the completion progress for an assigned learning plan phase.
